The TruLaser 2025 and the TruLaser 2030 are compact and flexible fabrication centres with integrated automation. The loading and unloading units are connected directly to the machines. This means that floor space requirements are very small. An attractive price/performance ratio makes it easy to decide for automated laser machining. The laser machine and automatic material handling are perfectly

Integrated Automation
Fresh sheets are loaded and finished parts removed by the in-line loading/unloading system. The motion unit and the loading and unloading system use the same guide system.
A conventional pallet changer is not necessary, and the required installation area is optimally used.
For the first time, the modern TRUMPF CO2-Laser TruCoax 2000 is introduced together with the TruLaser 2025 and the TruLaser 2030. The TruCoax 2000 resonator combines proven RF technology with an innovative new concept.
The use of diffusion cooling eliminates the need to circulate the laser gas. This means fewer moving parts, less chance of wear, and smaller sizes. The laser delivers excellent beam quality and uses extremely little gas.
