Automation included
The TruPunch 2020 compact is a completely automated machine. The extremely compact loading and unloading system works on the following principle:
• From the unprocessed material stack, which is underneath the automation unit, a sheet is taken and loaded into the machine.
• Finished parts that are no larger than 180 x 200 mm (X x Y) can be sorted into two containers by means of flaps.
• Complete sheets where the finished parts are held in place by microjoints are placed onto the finished sheet stack, which is above the unprocessed material stack.
With automated processing, you are not dependent upon the machining times for sheets. Jobs can be taken care of unattended, without an operator having to be present. You can therefore take advantage of the second or third shift, when your volume of business demands it!
